    When will my order be shipped?

    • We ship all Mistr products worldwide!

    How do I track my order?

    Tracking numbers are sent via e-mail and text message to phone number you have listed in your customer details when you set up your login details. If you have any questions about the status of your order don't hesitate to email us at: hello@mistr.co and we will always try to help you sort it out.

    My package never arrived, what do I do?

    E-mail us at hello@mistr.co and we’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve it for you. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier errors. We will however send you a new product, should the carrier have proven to have lost your product.

    Useful information for delivery

    • Check your confirmation e-mail to make sure there are no errors in your address details and that your flat or house number is included if needed.
    • Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts.
    • If your building is locked to outsiders then to be extra safe we recommend adding a note to your order about a safe place to leave the delivery e.g on the porch.
