Your Mistr device can only be returned if the product packaging seal has not been broken.

Using my Mistr device
- How to use the Mistr device?
When misting our Mistr device, please make sure you always follow the daily recommended intake, you can find this information on the back of each Mistr Edition and cartridge packaging. We also advice you to wait at least 1-2 minutes in between each inhalation for optimal inhaling experience. Should you not follow our recommendations, your cartridge could get overheated and damage the delicate herbal supplement extract.
- How does a Mistr device work?
Inhalation activates an atomizer inside the Mistr cartridge which heats the herbal liquid converting it into a potential healthy beneficial mist.
- How long does a Mistr device last?
A Mistr device, if battery is only charged when empty, should last for the minimum of 1 year.
- Do I need to charge my Mistr device?
Yes. The lithium battery has a life expectancy of between 12-18 months if charged with care when low on battery.
- Where can a Mistr device be used?
The Mistr device is down to the owner of an establishment, location or mode of transport.
- Why will Mistr products never contain nicotine?
Nicotine is a known irritant to the respiratory system. At Mistr we are committed to providing our users with only products that are not harmful for you.
- Where are your formulas sourced?
Each of our custom organically grown, whole natural herbal extracts are formulated in a state-of-the-art lab, based in the U.K. We ensure all our ingredients are non-GMO, free of harmful pesticides, and purely natural.
- How do you ensure quality control?
Keeping quality high exists at every step of our production process. We don’t just check the finished product—quality is integral to everything we do.
- Is a Mistr stick an e-cigarette or a vaping device?
No! Your Mistr Inhalator device contains no PG, zero nicotine, diacetyl, no artificial flavors or chemicals. We are very proud of that. Mistr devices are another way of potentially ingesting your herbal supplements, our ingredients are of highest standard for those who like high quality and innovative products. Our Mistr liquids will only contain whole natural herbal, organically grown extracts/supplements. Mistr products should be seen as a new way of ingesting these ingredients. Please make sure to read our daily recommended intake on the packaging and how to use the device as our liquids are not like an E-liquid and you should follow our user recommendations.
- How are Mistr Liquids produced and tested?
Our liquid is produced in the UK in partnership with our medical biotech laboratory. The liquid is rigorously tested at every step of production, and the latest extraction processes are used, including specialist techniques for each ingredient, in order to provide the optimum amounts for consumption.
- Why is a Mistr device unique?
Mistr products are not vaping products or E-cigarettes. The Mistr device is a "Health-tech" product to inhale herbal supplements extracts. Our Inhalation liquids are all free from nicotine and harmful chemicals and also free from vitamin E. They are durable, functional and fashionable.
