How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent via e-mail and text message the phone number you have listed in your customer details while completing a purchase. If you have any questions about the status of your order don't hesitate to email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will always try to help you sort it out.
My package never arrived, what do I do?
E-mail us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve it for you. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier errors. We will however send you a new product, should the carrier have proven to have lost your product.
Useful information for delivery
- Check your confirmation e-mail to make sure there are no errors in your address details and that your flat or house number is included if needed.
- Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts.
- If your building is locked to outsiders then to be extra safe we recommend adding a note to your order about a safe place to leave the delivery e.g on the porch.

We accept all return as long as the product packaging seal is not opened.
