When will my order be shipped and how do I track my order?
We ship all Mistr products worldwide, please see your shipping alternatives and price in your checkout cart.
Our packages are delivered in the majority of cases within 2-5 working days within Europe. In some cases the packages can be delayed due to our freight forwarder. Therefore, we cannot provide any guarantees at the time of delivery.
For worldwide shipping it can take up to 10-14 days.
We log IP numbers for all orders. All false orders are reported to the police.
Tracking numbers are sent via e-mail and text message the phone number you have listed in your customer details while completing a purchase. If you have any questions about the status of your order don't hesitate to email us at: email@example.com and we will always try to help you sort it out.
My package never arrived, what do I do?
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve it for you. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier errors. We will however send you a new product, should the carrier have proven to have lost your product.
Useful information for delivery
- Check your confirmation e-mail to make sure there are no errors in your address details and that your flat or house number is included if needed.
- Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts.
- If your building is locked to outsiders then to be extra safe we recommend adding a note to your order about a safe place to leave the delivery e.g on the porch.
As a consumer, in accordance with the distance contract law, you have the right to withdraw without giving any reason. We have a 30 day return policy. However, you must notify customer service within 14 days of receiving your goods. To return the goods, these must be unused and undamaged in their original packaging. Both the product and the packaging must be whole. Return the goods together with the invoice or a copy of it!
You as a customer are responsible for shipping and return costs outside of Europe. It is important that you return the package with the recorded mail. You as a customer are responsible for the package arriving to us and it is important that you can trace the return package with a tracking number.
