We reserve the right to cancel orders from persons who provided incorrect personal information.

Our packages are delivered in the majority of cases within 2-5 working days within Europe. In some cases the packages can be delayed due to our freight forwarder. Therefore, we cannot provide any guarantees at the time of delivery. 

For worldwide shipping it can take up to 10-14 days.

We log IP numbers for all orders. All false orders are reported to the police. 

Returns

As a consumer, in accordance with the distance contract law, you have the right to withdraw without giving any reason. We have a 30 day return policy. However, you must notify customer service within 14 days of receiving your goods. To return the goods, these must be unused and undamaged in their original packaging. Both the product and the packaging must be whole. Return the goods together with the invoice or a copy of it!

You as a customer are responsible for shipping and return costs outside of Europe. It is important that you return the package with the recorded mail. You as a customer are responsible for the package arriving to us and it is important that you can trace the return package with a tracking number.

Guarantee & Warranty

Mistr.co product warranty only applies to batteries & USB chargers, the warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of order. 

Delivery Time

In most cases, the delivery time is about 2-5 working days within Europe. In some cases, delays can occur. This may be because the product is out of stock. In this case, we will inform you where you can choose to cancel your order. It can also depend on our freight forwarder. In this case, we wait 2 weeks before taking any action.

Mistr.co's e-commerce system uses cookies. A cookie is a small data file that is temporarily stored in your computer. Our cookies contain no personal information, but only information about the goods you have in the shopping cart. 

Each item is listed with prices including VAT and free standard shipping within Europe. When you checkout you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method. Shipping terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the country you wish to have your order delivered to. All payments are handled via secure SSL encryptions which ensure that your information does not go into the wrong hands.

Terms & Conditions

1. PRICES

All prices in our shop are including VAT and standard shipping within Europe, we reserve the right for future price changes.

2. CONFIRMATION

    An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address or cell phone number you specified in your customer details. It may be that we save your details in case of contact with customer service. 

    3. DELIVERY TIME

      In most cases, the delivery time is 2-5 working days in most locations within Europe. If you have a country mail carrier or live in another remote location, such as an island, you should expect your order to be delivered within approximately 7-14 business days. If an item is out of stock, your delivery may be delayed further. In this case, we will notify you and give you a new delivery date. In some cases, your delivery time is significantly extended due to our freight forwarder. In this case, we wait 2 weeks before taking any action. For foreign purchases where the goods are shipped to an EU country, we have a 48/h delivery service. Outside the EU, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to receive the items, this varies from country to country.

      We at Mistr Sweden do everything we can to send your package as quickly as possible, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery time as this can be due to several different factors, out of our control, such as a global pandemic, war or other unexpected situations that may occur. 

      4. SHIPPING/DELIVERY 

        You can see the shipping cost at checkout before confirming your purchase, free shipping within EU. The freight is not negotiable and the freight price changes from time to time. Shipping means delivery to the delivery point. Shipping is only done on weekdays. 

        5. METHOD OF PAYMENT 

          At the checkout you choose which payment option you prefer. 

          6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

            As a consumer, in accordance with the distance contract law, you have the right to withdraw without giving any reason. You as a customer are responsible for the package arriving to us and it is important that you can trace the return package with a tracking number.

            Return cost: It is important to know you as a customer/customers send your package at your own expense. We will reimburse you for the entire purchase price but not for the shipping/return cost. By shipping we mean the cost we paid when we sent your package to you. If we have sent several packages/products to you regarding one and the same order, we will keep all shipping costs.

            7.1 FAILURES DURING THE WARRANTY TIME

            We guarantee that the goods you ordered are free from manufacturing defects for 1 year, or during the warranty period applicable to your product. If your item should stop working during the warranty period, it is usually sent to Mistr.co. We follow Swedish purchasing laws, but we do not distribute compensation in any form.

            7.2 COMPLAINT

            Notification of defects in goods must be submitted within a reasonable, from the time you as a customer discovered, or should have discovered the defect. In any case, the right to claim a product expires after 14 days. 

            7.3 TRANSPORT DAMAGE

            Transport damage must be reported within 7 days to the carrier/post or delivery company. This is true even if something is missing from the consignment. 

            8. DISPUTE

              Disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the Swedish court.

              9. FORCE MAJEURE

                In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market strikes, government decisions, a pandemic and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect entered into agreements and commitments on our part. This means that we cannot keep the said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for that we are relieved of our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.

                Force majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions on indication, warning texts, prohibitions on sales etc. Such as abnormal decline in the market and whether the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.

                In the event of a ban on the sale of one or more of our products due to an authority or other governmental organization, we shall have grounds for releasing ourselves from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.

                10. PUL PERSONAL DUTY LAW

                  Mistr Sweden AB's processing of personal data is used to fulfill our obligations to you for the ordered product and to maintain good customer and registry care. 

                  The personal data that is automatically retrieved or provided by you is processed by Mistr Sweden AB in order to be able to perform our service, which means that information that you have submitted to Mistr Sweden AB is never submitted to a third party.

                  Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

                  Mistr Sweden AB, corporate identity number 559217-7694, is responsible for all personal data. According to PUL, you can revoke your consent at any time, which means that we do not process any further personal data about you. As a customer you also have the right to request information about and/or rectification of the personal data stored about you.
